SFTP not working for EDIFACT export

Overview: SFTP is not working for EDIFACT export. I have tried with both the GOBI server and the ftp.ci server and when using SFTP method the export job trows no error but the file is not uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Create integration for organizations using SFTP
3. Create order for export with that org and integration method
4. Open order
5. Run export
6. View export job
7. View FTP location

Expected Results: Export job shows file name and successful status. File appears in FTP location

Actual Results: Export job shows file name and successful status. NO file appears in FTP location
