Scheduled parameters UUID is not saved in the DB and rescheduling doesn't work

I've been observing the export today in rancher for GOBI and testing some orders as well. However, the schedule seems to be running 4 export Jobs. I'm thinking maybe when I edited the times a new job is created rather than editing the existing job. However the 3rd and 4th jobs seem like duplicates of each other. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what is going on here so I thought I would mention it here before creating a story. thx

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Create EDIFACT export configuration with scheduler
3. Open early created configuration and update scheduler time. Save.

Expected Results:
Old schedulers removed and only one exist with last updates.

Actual Results:
Old and new scheduler triggered and duplication Jobs created
