Schedule date not saving correctly

Overview: When I select a schedule period of "Daily", enter the date "01/20/2022" and time "03:00 AM" and save and close the record, the screen wil display "01/20/1970" in the date field. When I then open the record in edit mode, "1642636800" is displayed as date. That is the timestamp of the time of entry, coded as epoch time! This needs to be fixed!

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Click Organizations
3. Select an Org
4. Add integration detail
5. In schedule select Daily
6. Add date and time
7. Save Integration
8. Click on integration to view details

Expected Results: Date in schedule section is as entered when saving

Actual Results: Date in schedule section is the epoch time 01/20/1970
