Correct Honeysuckle Requestor ID not working in Iris

Overview:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into de-14 stage environment  (Iris release!)
2. Go to eUsage, De Gruyter (or Emerald, same issue)
3. Check statistics table
4. Compare to de-14 live environment (Honeysuckle relaese)

Expected Results:

The reports in the Iris relase should harvest successfully, as they do with exactly the same credentials in the Honeysuckle environment (data was migrated automatically)
Actual Results:

The reports cannot be harvested.
