Ebooks records not matching

I attempted to test the matching process with ebook records, but they don't appear to be working.

I tested using the eUsage Provider Springer Ebooks: https://thor.ci.folio.org/eusage/view/efffd71a-9292-49c1-9a5a-deae995d01e6?filters=harvestingStatus.active&sort=label

If you look at the matching summary, you will see a number of examples of title that have a match in the KB using the ISBN, but no match was returned.
