2022 usage not showing in reports

I added sample 2022 usage data to the BMJ All Titles usage provider for Jan-Mar. I'm not seeing this data on any of this data on the eUsage reports in agreements.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the BMJ All Titles usage provider: https://thor.ci.folio.org/eusage/view/4a6f19c9-af86-44dc-a7b3-5ac88b817b30?filters=harvestingStatus.active&sort=label
2. Download the COUNTER report for January 2022.
3. You will see that there is usage data present for Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases for Jan 2022.
4. Go to the Index Data test agreement: https://thor.ci.folio.org/erm/agreements/3b6623de-de39-4b43-abbc-998bed892025
5. Select the Use overtime report and set the dates to extend through 2022-03.
6. You will see that there is nothing appearing in the 2022 months.
7. If you download the report, you will see that this data is blank there as well.
