Description
When I download the cost per use report, some titles have blank cost data in the resulting file. I can tell that the cost has been divided up correctly based on the number of titles, it's just not showing for some of them.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to the Index Data test agreement: https://thor.ci.folio.org/erm/agreements/3b6623de-de39-4b43-abbc-998bed892025
- Select the cost per use report for 2021-01 to 2022-12.
- Download the report.
You will see that 17 titles are linked to PO# 10004-1 and invoice #1. This invoice is for $50,000 and covers the BMJ test package with 17 titles. 50000/17=2941.18. This is the cost that is correctly listed for many of the titles. However, some titles – for example BMJ Neurology Open – do not have any cost listed. Even if these titles have no use, we should still include the cost.
