Attempts to renew through EBSCONET are failing in Rancher env

Overview: After logging into the EBSCONET testing environment I am selecting orders to renew that have corresponding order line numbers in FOLIO. After submitting that EBSCONET cart it appears that data is sent to FOLIO but a bad request 400 error is returned.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to rancher environment
2. Create ongoing order
3. Add purchase order line with title that matches order line in EBSCONET test system
4. complete order details including fund distributions
5. Copy order line number
6. Login to EBSCONET test system
7. Place order line number in "ILS number" filed in desired order for renewal
8. Increase quantity to 2
9. Save details
10. Add this to the renewals cart
11. Checkout
12. Confirm checkout

Expected Results: Order data is sent to FOLIO and details are updated according to FOLIO mapping module settings

Actual Results: Data is submitted to FOLIO. Error is received regarding data submission. see screenshot
