1)I have attached the screen recording of my most recent renewal submission testing - I completed testing between 11:38 and 11:45am ET Thursday, August 11, 2022.
I submitted renewals for our online subscription to Feminist Studies and the membership that you identified, Anne, for Population Reference Bureau. The latter was processed successfully, but the renewal for Feminist Studies incurred an error – a 500 internal server error. The same error that we have seen for the other two online titles (19th Century Music and Technical Working Papers) we attempted to push through. When I look side by side at the orders that were successfully processed, and those that we saw errors for the only difference I can identify is within the Receiving Workflow selection. Our online titles have “Synchronized order and receipt quantity” whereas our print titles use the “Independent order and receipt quantity” option. Could this be impacting the API?
2) I just attempted to renew Pediatrics and the British Journal of Sports Medicine – both online subscriptions. I have attached a video of the steps I took (apologies for some of the dead time on the recording, I had to remember what you needed to see/what the right steps were!).
I received the same record errors for each: “InternalServerError”
Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Results: Renewals from ebsco net update corresponding orders without errors
Actual Results: Internal server error occurs
