NOTE: title may be required in the Instance field; if that's the case, and there's no $t in the corresponding MARC field, then do not map the field (similar to what we're doing with 856s that do not have $u)

NOTE: This Jira may also cover breaking out the 246/247 into more detailed variant titles/related titles based on

• 246: 2nd indicator (see https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd246.html)
• 247: subfield (see https://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/bd247.html)

Also reconfirm that these fields should remain unmapped:

• 440/490
• 760-787, excluding 780/785, which are already mapped
