    Description

      Since MARC readers are done we can continue the development of MappingEngine. Now we need an ability to handle default rules. In this task, we have to create the RuleProcessor to abstract from mapping syntax and add an implementation for default mapping.
      Then we can use the RuleProcessor while reading MARC no matter what the mapping syntax is.
