Add default mapping profile for MARC holdings

The 'mod-source-record-manager' stores the rules for the MARC_BIB. Given that rules as an example, create default rules for MARC Holdings. The work for creating those rules was started with https://issues.folio.org/browse/MODSOURCE-336 but needs to be done as a separate story.
The 'data-import-processing-core' uses rules for the testing purposes and also contains the list of Normalization Function which is mentioned in PR for https://issues.folio.org/browse/MODSOURMAN-540:

• SET_HOLDINGS_TYPE_ID
• SET_CALL_NUMBER_TYPE_ID
• SET_HOLDINGS_NOTE_TYPE_ID

Acceptance Criteria:

• the rules file is created for the MARC Fields related to MARC Holdings
• the normalization functions created
• additional stories created if needed
• tests
