From mtraneis This question was posted in Teams but you may not have seen it. We are stuck on this problem and need your assistance ASAP:
We see the following errors in mod-inventory when doing an import for a live customer (using Iris DI):
21:37:56 [] [] [] [] ERROR InstanceEventHandler Error posting Instance cause { "errors": [ { "message": "must match \"^[0-9a-fA-F]{8}-[0-9a-fA-F]{4}-[1-5][0-9a-fA-F]{3}-[89abAB][0-9a-fA-F]{3}-[0-9a-fA-F]{12}$\"", "type": "1", "code": "-1", "parameters": [ { "key": "instanceTypeId", "value": "txt" } ] } ] }, status code 422 And 22:07:31 [] [] [] [] ERROR zationFunctionRunner Error while running normalization functions
Any thoughts on these errors? What could have triggered them?
