Holdings and item record are not created

Holdings and item are not created because Inventory is trying to create an eAccess section based on the 856 field, but there's no $u, so the eAccess section cannot be created (URL is a required field in Inventory). We resolved this for instances with MODDICORE-42

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-snapshot-load as diku_admin
2. Create action and field mapping profile for instance and attach mapping profile to newly created action profile
3. Create action and field mapping profile for holdings and attach mapping profile to action profile for holdings creation
   • "permanent location" field - choose "main library" from the accepted values
   • set up "electronic access" field
     • "Relationship" - choose "Resource" from the accepted values
     • "uri" = 856$u
4. Create action and field mapping profile for item and attach mapping profile to action profile for item creation
   • Material type = electronic resource
   • Permanent loan type = Annex
   • Status = Available
   • Set up electronic access field
     • "Relationship" - choose "Resource" from the accepted values
     • "uri" = 856$u
5. Create a job profile with only 3 actions which mentioned above
   • create instance
   • create holdings
   • create item
6. Import the file with record that has an 856, but no 856$u field

Consider creating tech debt ticket for R2 to check mapping profiles for required fields. Depends on the way this issue is resolved.
