      Data Structures are minimal to support UI development for UIDATIMP-7

      GET /data-import-profiles/matchProfiles/ {UUID}

      POST /data-import-profiles/matchProfiles
      PUT /data-import-profiles/matchProfiles
      DELETE /data-import-profiles/matchProfiles/UUID

      Sample data should be added to the module in scope of this story.

      Functionality should be implemented using folio-di-support module and Spring DI approach.
      The useful way of the spring services and repositories composition should be invented in the scope of this story.
      PG client instances also should be produced in some useful way.
