Update the existing default job profile for creating MARC Bibs and Instances to be quickMARC-related

Purpose: To change the existing Default job profile and its components to be hardcoded for the quickMARC derive process, and make it so that they cannot be edited or deleted. Must be fixed in R1, so that the quickMARC derive does not break

As a staff person deriving new MARC records via quickMARC
I want FOLIO to have a dedicated profile
So that the process does not error

Scenarios

1. Scenario 1
   • Given the job profile with name Default - Create instance and SRS MARC Bib and UUID 6409dcff-71fa-433a-bc6a-e70ad38a9604
   • Make the following changes
     • Name: quickMARC Derive - Create SRS MARC Bib and Instance
     • Description: This job profile is used by the quickMARC Derive action to create a new SRS MARC Bib record and corresponding Inventory Instance. It cannot be edited or deleted.
2. Scenario 2
   • Given the action profile with name Default - Create instance and UUID f8e58651-f651-485d-aead-d2fa8700e2d1
   • Make the following changes
     • Name: quickMARC Derive - Create Inventory Instance
     • Description: This action profile is used by the quickMARC Derive action to create a new Inventory Instance. It cannot be edited or deleted.
3. Scenario 3
   • Given the field mapping profile with name Default - Create instance and UUID 991c0300-44a6-47e3-8ea2-b01bb56a38cc
   • Make the following changes
     • Name: quickMARC Derive - Create Inventory Instance
     • Description: This field mapping profile is used by the quickMARC Derive action to create an Inventory Instance. It cannot be edited or deleted.
