Error when uploading file with certain symbols in name

Overview: An error occurs when uploading files with certain symbols in the name. Problematic symbols: { } [ ] ( ) $ (and probably some other symbols).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO-testing as diku_admin
2. Click Data Import
3. Upload a few files with problematic symbols in the name

Expected Results: All files are loaded successfully

Actual Results: Files with problematic symbols are not uploaded. The server responds with error 500.
