MG | Import of "MARC Bib" records doesn't complete

Overview: Import of "MARC Bib" record doesn't complete. The import job is just hanging.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Morning Glory BF FOLIO environment as User with the following permissions:
   Inventory: All permissions
   Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs
2. Go to "Data import" app.
3. Upload the attached ".mrc" file with "MARC Bibliographic" record.
4. Select "Default - Create instance and SRS MARC Bib" job profile.

Expected Results: The import job finished successfully.
Actual Results: The import job never completes. It is displayed under the "Running" accordion.

Import of "MARC Authority" records works as expected.
This issue also affects "Derive MARC Bibliographic record" functionality.
