Data Import Job Completes with Errors (reports MULTIPLES for same instance records)

Overview:

This issue is observed in a Kiwi Hotfix-1 environment

The library is importing a 50K record file. The import finishes with a "Completed with Errors" Status

From a view of mod_source_record_manager.journal_records table it appears that all records were imported. - we do not see error text associated with records in the log

However for several records –  instanceActionStatus is reported as MULTIPLE

When looking at the sourceRecordId we see the following which are pointed to the same instance

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into a Kiwi Hotfix-1 environment
2. Perform a Data Import of the TBD Attached file with associated Profile

Attached 
GET change-manager/jobExecutions/013250fe-5832-49f6-9245-aa4cbc0b758c for job profile information

Expected Results:

Import is successful 
Actual Results:
Import completes with errors and for several records. instanceActionStatus is reported as MULTIPLE (but refer to the same instance ids)
