Invalid type of record character in LDR position 6 will cause data import job to not finish (Lotus BF)

Overview: If an import file includes a marc bibliographic record with an invalid character in the type of record position (pos 6), the import job will not finish. See the following LDR for example, which has h in position 6:

=LDR 01470nhm a2200337 a 4500

This is not a valid marc character for this position.

This was tested in Chicago's local Juniper hotfix 4+ sandbox and in the Kiwi dev sandbox. Folio-snapshot was not available for testing at this time.

 ** Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://folio-kiwi.dev.folio.org/.
2. Import a record with the above leader. (See attached sample file.)
3. Use the default create inventory instance + srs marc record profile.

Expected Results:

The import completes and includes an error message that the record could not be created / updated because the value in position 6 (type of record) is invalid.

Actual Results:

The job hangs and never finishes.
