Examples of changes:

1. Attached MSU mapping rules. msu-lm_mapping-rules.txt
2. For pretty much all migrations, we add a mapping for the legacy bib ID. 
   Usually it's something like a 9xx field (e.g. 907$a) mapping to a special identifier type (defined in Inventory Settings);
   Add 690 fields to the subjects;
3. Duke:
   Mapping the MARC 901 to a local identifier (identifier type created in Inventory Settings)
   019 to resource identifier
   590 to a note with type = local (instance note type created in Inventory Settings)
   790 to a contributor with name type = personal (in addition to the existing 1xx/7xx mappings for personal names)
   791 to a contributor with name type = corporate (in addition to the existing 1xx/7xx mappings for corporate names)
