Missing module permission
Description
Import completes with errors when file is imported with user that has data-import.all and data-import settings permissions. Review the error message and specify lacking permission in UIDATIMP-1040.
In addition, Cornell mentioned that for a user to be able to assign a job profile to an imported file, they have to give the user permissions for Data Import Settings. Since we only have one permission for the DI app and one permission for the DI settings, that means the person can create/edit/delete settings, but the library prefers that they have no or view-only permission for the settings. Make sure that Data Import app permissions allow for assigning job profiles - specify which permission should be added to data-import.all permission set in UIDATIMP-1040
