Improve Traceability in Logs

    Description

      FOLIO's request id used for tracing distributed requests is not published to logs accurately. Some logs have the request id, other don't. Data import is a complex feature, any assistance to aid troubleshooting would go a long way.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Kafka handler should initialize folio logging context when a new message is received.
      • Request Id is propagated from HTTP requests to Kafka messages.
      • Requests originating from Kafka messages that make calls to other modules should ensure request id is included with the calls.
      • If traceability can be improved but has to happen in an external library, create another story to capture that work.
