When filtering out single record imports, DI logs show incorrect information

Overview: Our data import log page will sometimes show previously failed jobs at the top of the log list. The jobs will all say that they were 100 records and they will all show as completing at the same time. The generally happens when filtering out single record imports or when there has been a lot of stress on the system or when it has been restarted.

Current workaround: None

Steps to Reproduce:

1. This can be seen when filtering to no single record imports on the view all page on Kiwi bugfest and Cornell's Juniper tenant.

Expected Results: The log page displays correct information

Actual Results: The logs show incorrect job statuses (completed instead of failed), incorrect date/time (today instead of whenever the job was actually run) and an incorrect number of records (100 instead of the actual number).
