Update Folijet Rancher

• Merge master to folijet-rancher branch for mod-inventory, mod-inventory-storage, mod-invoice
• Merge snapshot to folijet-rancher branch for platform-complete
• Check https://github.com/folio-org/platform-complete/blob/snapshot/okapi-install.json before UI update - it should contain all the latest builds for modules that need to be updated. This file updates once an hour
• Go to https://jenkins-aws.indexdata.com/job/scratch_environment/job/BUILD-BACKEND/
• Build mod-source-record-storage, mod-source-record-manager, mod-data-import, mod-data-import-converter-storage from master branch
• Build mod-inventory, mod-inventory-storage, mod-invoice from folijet-rancher branch
• Go to https://jenkins-aws.indexdata.com/job/scratch_environment/job/BUILD-UI/ 
• Build platform-complete from folijet-rancher branch
• Make sure all the builds were successful
• Go to https://rancher.dev.folio.org/ and upgrade mod-source-record-storage, mod-source-record-manager, mod-data-import, mod-data-import-converter-storage, mod-inventory, mod-inventory-storage, mod-invoice and platform-complete versions (image.tag field) via apps.

Go to https://folijet.ci.folio.org/ and run a data-import job, make sure it completed successfully
