Unable to edit a quickMARC record/View MARC record/Derive a new MARC bib record

1. Go to https://bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/
2. Login in with username: quickmarc and password: F0!io2021
3. Go to inventory
4. Search for record with Source = FOLIO
5. On the record go to Actions > Overlay
6. Select OCLC or Library of Congress
7. Enter the ID
8. Hit Import

Expected outcome:

• Inventory instance record is updated AND Source = MARC
• A record is created in SRS
• Instance record's Actions menu includes additional actions and these actions are enabled
  • View MARC Source
  • Edit in quickMARC
  • Derive a new MARC bibliographic record

Actual outcome:

• Inventory instance record is updated AND Source = MARC
• Instance record's Actions menu includes additional actions and these actions are disabled
  • View MARC Source
  • Edit in quickMARC
  • Derive a new MARC bibliographic record

instance hrid=ak00005285487 source=folio and I updated it from Library of Congress. The inventory record updated but view source and edit in quickmarc are grayed out
