Kafka consumers reconnect

To avoid jobs being stuck in progress upon consumer being dropped from kafka cluster (by timeout or any other reason) a re-connection mechanism needs to be implemented / set up.

Check if there's existing mechanism in VertX Kafka consumer implementation. If there's is one, check if it's working as intended (i.e. consumer re-joins kafka cluster and keeps reading messages from topics).

Otherwise implement a reconnection logic.
