This issue is observed in a Honeysuckle HF3 environment
There are two records that are not letting me save once I've marked them as suppressed. Specifically the records with HRIDs in00003498243 and in00003498237 won't save. When I try to save these, I get a 422 error.
In the logs - observe

The record were imported a second time. All but these 2 records seem fine
