Description

CREATE = add a new record of the specified FOLIO type, using the associated mapping profile, which consists of 1) data as mapped from the incoming record (currently only MARC bibliographic records) and 2) defaults inserted into the record.

This story is for creating Inventory Holdings from MARC Bib records.

All the CREATE actions for incoming MARC bibs gathered under the CREATE umbrella: ~~MODDATAIMP-201~~
