Description
As a FOLIO system admin that manages multiple EBSCO KBs in a single tenant
I want to make sure that Codex is not broken by recent developments
AND that my users can continue to use it and see the holdings s/he are affiliated
Requirements
- No change for FOLIO customers who only have one set of EBSCO KB credentials created
- Codex must have some knowledge of the affiliated EBSCO KB credentials to use when multiple EBSCO KBs are configured
- If user has assigned Codex permissions BUT no EBSCO KB credential affiliation then user will have access to Codex BUT no eholdings resources will be returned
- If user filters Source = KB (or any applicable KB filter) and EBSCO KB credential affiliation has not been set then display a TBD message
- If user has no assigned Codex permissions then s/he does not have access to Codex regardless of EBSCO KB credential affiliation
Acceptance Criteria
Given I have already configured the Knowledge Base prior to storing multiple EBSCO KBs in one tenant development
When I go to Codex
AND I have the applicable Codex permissions assigned
Then I should have access to the Codex app
Given I have only configured one set of EBSCO KB credentials
When I go to Codex
AND I have the applicable Codex permissions assigned
Then I should have access to the Codex app
Given I have configured multiple EBSCO KB credentials
When I have assigned a user to a set of EBSCO KB Credentials
AND that user has been assigned the applicable Codex permissions
Then s/he should have access to the Codex app
AND s/he should only have access to the eholdings that s/he has been assigned via the Codex app
Given I have configured multiple EBSCO KB credentials
When I have assigned a user to a set of EBSCO KB Credentials
BUT not assigned the applicable Codex permissions
Then s/he will not have access to the Codex
Given I have configured multiple EBSCO KB credentials
When I have not assigned a user to a set of EBSCO KB Credentials
BUT assigned the applicable Codex permissions
Then s/he will have access to the Codex app
BUT no eholdings results will be returned in Codex search results
