Support custom field usage statistic

    Description

      Extend Custom Field API with an ability to get usage statistic for a field. The statistics should provide information about

      • entity types and
      • number of values per type
        There might be other data but for now it's not identified

      The statistic can be returned as part of custom field or can be a separate thing. The best way will be identified during implementation.
