Description
Overview:
Attempting to enable the module in the reference builds results in a 500 error
Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to enable the module as part of the list of modules posted to the Okapi /_/proxy/tenants{tenantId}/install API
Expected Results:
Module is initialized for the tenant with reference and sample data
Actual Results:
