Search with diacritics in MARCcat

The search of word with diacritics must work with the "Begins with" and "Contains" criterias.

Case 1:
Searching Title Begins with "Onestà", I will have as result search records both with a title that start with "Onesta" and "Onestà". (the index used could be: Name, Subject, Publisher, ISBN and so on)

Case 2:
Searching Title Contains with "Onestà", I will have as result search records both with a title that contain "Onesta" and "Onestà". (the index used could be: Name, Subject, Publisher, and so on)

Case 3:
Searching All Marc fields Contains (or Begins with) with "Onestà", I will have as result search records both with a title that contain (or start) "Onesta" and "Onestà"

Case 4:
Searching Title exact match with "Onestà", I will have as result search records with a title that has "Onestà" (the index used could be: Name, Subject, Publisher and so on)

Case 5:
Searching All MARC fields exact match with "Onestà", I will have as result search records with word "Onestà".
