    Description

      CREATE = add a new record of the specified FOLIO type, using the associated mapping profile, which consists of 1) data as mapped from the incoming record (MARC Authority records) and 2) defaults inserted into the record.

      This story is for creating MARC Authority records in MARCcat, which should happen automatically 1) when MARC Authority records are created in SRS (MODDATAIMP-239) and 2) the tenant has the MARCcat app enabled.
