Resolve performance issues

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a calendar and/or exception
2. Attempt to edit this

Expected Results: The edit is performed in a reasonable amount of time
Actual Results: The edit takes a long time, typically 10-15+ seconds on folio-testing.
Additional Information:
This primarily affects the PUT endpoint, however, other endpoints (such as /calculateopenings) suffer when there is a large amount of calendars/dates spanned.
