The Description column is empty after applying the filter "staff information only added" in the "Circulation log" pane

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into BugFest environment
2. Open the "User" app by clicking the top toolbar or selecting it from the "App" dropdown.
3. In the User record, expand the "Fees/fines" section
4. Select the "open loans" link
5. Select the row containing the fee/item
6. Click the "New staff info" button
7. Enter test information and click "Save"
8. Open the "Circulation log" app by clicking the top toolbar or selecting it from the "App" dropdown.
9. Expand the "Fee/fine" section by clicking on it
10. Check the "Staff information only added" button
11. Scroll to the right of the "Circulation log" pane and observe the "Description" column

Expected Results: The text described in step 7 is displayed in the Description column after applying the filter "staff information only added" of the Circulation log pane.
Actual Results: The "Description" column is empty after applying the filter "staff information only added" in the "Circulation log" pane
