    Description

      Overview: When creating new circulation action, like patron block, filtering by description doesn't find new action
      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into FOLIO
      2. Click the Users app in the top toolbar or App dropdown
      3. Check the Active filter under Status
      4. Select any user by clicking on a name
      5. Click on Patron blocks
      6. Enter the following description into the Display description box "Testing description filter" and click Save and close.
      7. Click Circulation log in the top toolbar or App dropdown
      8. Enter the word "testing" into the Description filter box

      Expected Results: New patron block action will load in the circ log
      Actual Results: Results from March 22 and earlier appear
      Additional Information: Unable to reproduce in Testing or Snapshot environments
