Edited request record is not correctly stored in the Circulation log

Overview:
The request edited entry is NOT shown in Circulation Log
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log on as a user with privileges to create a request (user 1) into https://bugfest-nolana.int.aws.folio.org/
2. Navigate to the "Request" app => Create a request
3. Log on as another user with privileges to edit a request record (user 2)
4. Modify the request just created => Click "Save & close" button
5. Navigate to the Circulation log app
6. Circulation log main page with "Search & filter" pane is shown => Search for that Item with linked and edited Request
7. Check the source stored in the log

Expected Results:

• The row with "Circ action"- "CREATED" shows the "Source" that created the request
• The row with "Circ action"- "EDITED" shows the "Source" that modify the request
  Actual Results:
  The only row with "Circ action"- "CREATED" shows the "Source" that created the request
