Overview:

Circulation log Export going into loop few times which leads to high CPU usage on DB during long time
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO environment with Morning Glory or Nolana release;
2. Go on Circulation log tab;
3. Select range of dates in order to have ±100K records to be exported
4. Click "Actions"-> "export"

Expected Results:

Job completed successfully in 40-50 min
Actual Results:

after job completion - time of start changed on UI and job proceeds. However CSV file can be downloaded after first (initial completion).
Additional Information:
This behavior causing long time (at least 4-5 hours) high (60-80%) CPU usage on DB

This behaviour reproduced on Morning Glory and Nolana releases
