Add fileName field to Job

Purpose
To have the ability to display the source file name on UI - Job section. See the latest mockups https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1da7RedCp1tRVdHw4QGNnu9B0q8mQSGyA

Approach
Update Job schema, add field;
Update Job/JobCollection sample file;
Set name of the source file (that contains UUIDs) to the Job while entry creation - see FileUploadService;

Acceptance criteria

• Schema is updated
• Backend returns Job containing the name of source csv file
