Job profile for export "MARC Authority" record was not created at MG Bug fest env

Overview: User can't export "MARC Authority" records because the default export job profile was not created at env.
Steps to Reproduce:
 # Log into MG Bug fest FOLIO environment as User with the following permissions:
"MARC Authority: View MARC authority record",
"UI: Data export module is enabled"
 # Execute search to retrieve any "MARC Authority" records.
 # Check the checkbox that is displayed next to any record. 
 # Click on the "Action" dropdown button.
 # Click on the "<<Export icon>> Export selected records (CSV/MARC)" button
 
Expected Results: Displayed successful toast notification: "<<exported file name>> is complete. The .csv downloaded contains selected records' UIIDs. To retrieve the .mrc file, please go to the Data export app."
Actual Results: Displayed error toast notification with the message: "Unable to complete request, please try again."
At DevTools "Network" tab displayed the following message: "JobProfile not found with id 56944b1c-f3f9-475b-bed0-7387c33620ce"
