Wrong progress information of job execution with FAIL status

Overview:

Wrong progress information for job executions with FAIL status.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into folio-snapshot-2 environment as user diku_admin
2. Export some instances ids that should fail, for example ids of instance that does not exist
3. Execute data-export/job-executions and investigate progress of FAIL job execution

Expected Results:

Progress information of job execution should have actual information about total and failed records
