Spike: Export MARC authority records

As a librarian
I want the ability to export MARC authority records
So that I can provide to my vendor for them to revise

Requirements

• Export is available via MARC authority app (see rough mockup) 
• Will use Data Export app 
• Same workflow as exporting MARC bib and MARC holdings via Inventory app
  • User will be able to select the MARC authority records to export
  • Export format will be .mrc
• Identify a recommended export record limit. This limit should be based on no significant performance degradation.
