Exported holdings MARC records are combined with the records generated on the fly

Overview:
When exporting holdings with source MARC then the exported record contains also fields populated with the data coming from the inventory holdings record as if the record was generated on the fly. It seems that exporting records from SRS is getting combined with the record generated on the fly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Import MARC holdings record
2. Export the imported holdings using  the holdings default job profile

Expected behavior
The exported records is exactly the same as the imported record with one 999 field populated with $s <srs uuid> and $i <inventory holdings uuid>

Actual result
The exported record contains additional field populated with the data coming from inventory holdings record. 999 field is repeated twice: once with $s and $i subfields and once with just $i
