large export (1 million records) health check returns 499 when at 99%

Overview:

When exporting 1 million records, at 99% complete, the module health check responds with a 499 error so the module is automatically restarted.

When the module is running again the job shows up as complete in the export list and the file can be downloaded so it's transparent to the user. 

I haven't tried an export larger than 1 million.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into kiwi bugfest as admin
2. export 1 million records
3. Between the 99% completion point and showing 'completed' takes about five minutes.  The health check responds with 499 and the module is restarted (which is not apparent to the user).  It always happens when the completion is at 99%

Expected Results:

The module health check should respond with a 200 response.
Actual Results:

The module health check responds with a 499 response.
