Bugfest - the export cannot be triggered by the long CQL statement

Overview:
The file with the long CQL statement never triggers the export
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Trigger the export with attached long-cql-statement.cql file

Expected Results:
The form with the existing job profiles displays and user is able to start the export
Actual Results:
The file drag and drop area is stuck on Uploading screen. The job profiles form is never displayed

Additional Information:
I was able to recreate the same behavior in Iris and Juniper releases. When the CQL is abbreviated the behavior is as expected
