Update interface version

API Major versions will be increased:

• mod-source-record-storage: https://github.com/folio-org/mod-source-record-storage/pull/344/files
• “source-storage-source-records” from "2.0" to "3.0"

Acceptance criteria:

• data export module descriptor updated accordingly
• API integration tests (Karate) pass
• Manual check in the folio-snapshot environment performed

Out of scope:

• releasing the module - it will be handled in a separate story
