mod-data-export - Release

Purpose/Overview:
Question: should this be version 4.0.2 or 4.1.0 ?
Release the mod-data-export for Iris release following the procedure: https://dev.folio.org/guidelines/release-procedures/#maven-based-modules

Acceptance criteria:

1. Module is released by the procedure above
2. Slack #releases channel is notified
3. "Fix Version/s" of Jira tickets are set by the release version (ask Scrum Master to create release version in Jira)
4. A ticket for the next release added to the backlog
