Rancher environment improvements

Purpose/Overview:
Our rancher environment is populated with invalid data that makes this environment not usable for verifying the work on oai-pmh. T

Requirements/Scope:

1. Remove existing data and populate with smaller but correct dataset
2. Enable Inventory Import module so new data can be added as needed.

• Existing data is reliable
• We can import new inventory records
