      Description

      Yesterday the hourly builds of platform-complete snapshot
      started failing with this error:

      Missing dependency: mod-data-export-3.1.0-SNAPSHOT.213
requires instance-bulk: 0.1

      Investigation today found that mod-inventory-storage changed the interface name to "inventory-record-bulk 1.0" but its module version remained the same.
